Returns and Refunds

We want you to absolutely feel comfortable in your Neeka Swim, which is why we are more than happy to provide a credit on full priced items if the following is met:


  • Must be returned within 14 days of receiving the product.

  • Unworn items must be returned in original packaging- with hygiene liner still attached, Neeka Swim tags and garment bag

  • The item was not purchased on sale (including promotional offers). Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item is faulty.

  • Return shipping costs are covered by the customer


HOW DO I RETURN MY ITEM?

  1. Email us via the contact form with the subject ‘Return’ and include your order number and name of items you wish to return

  2. Check your items to ensure they are in perfect condition as Neeka Swim will not accept any items returned damaged in any way.

  3. Ship your parcel back to the address provided. We recommend you send your parcel back via trackable mail as we are not liable for returns lost in transit.

  4. Once we receive your return, we will email you store credit which can be used storewide


IN THE EVENT OF A FAULTY ITEM

  • Please email us via the contact form with your order number and an image of the fault within 7 days of delivery so we can arrange a replacement as soon as possible

  • Any faults that occur after 6 months will not be accepted
